When is the Alpha course?

The 2012 Winter-Spring session of Alpha will run on Tuesdays from 6:00-8:00PM beginning January 10th and ending March 27th. To register for this session of Alpha call (239) 514-3620 during regular business hours or email michael@crossroadsefca.com. Be sure to leave contact information.

What is Alpha?

Alpha is a 12-week opportunity for you to explore Christianity in a relaxed, non-threatening, friendly and fun manner. Those who participate meet in small discussion groups. Any question you may have is welcome. For more information about Alpha, visit www.alphausa.org

Who is Alpha for?

Alpha is for everyone, and especially for: those who are wondering “Is there more to life than this?” And Alpha is for those wanting to investigate Christianity, for those who are new to the Christian faith and even those who simply want a refresher course on the basics of the Christian faith.

What happens at an Alpha course?

Each session begins with a simple, relaxed meal. After the meal, a video talk is presented that covers such questions as, Who is Jesus? Why and How do I Pray? Why and How Should I Read the Bible? This is followed by a small-group discussion.

What will participating in Alpha cost?

There is no charge for the Alpha Course, although some choose to make a voluntary contribution toward the meal.
