Michael and his wife Teresa have served at CrossRoads since 2005. Michael put his trust in the Lord Jesus Christ in 1984 at a church in Jupiter FL. It was there that Michael met his wife Teresa and there where he sensed the call to pastoral ministry. Michael ministered at that church as a pastor for twelve years. In 2000, the Bannons moved to Illinois where Michael earned a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Michael is a committed student of the Bible and loves teaching the glorious truths of God from the pulpit and to groups large and small in coffee shops around Naples.

Brad and his wife Kristy have served at CrossRoads since its beginning in 1997 when two churches merged to form CrossRoads. Brad put his trust in the Lord Jesus Christ at an early age and grew up in the church. Brad graduated from LeTourneau University, where he and Kristy met. He worked as an industrial manager in California before moving to Florida to join his father in the financial services industry. Brad obtained his masters in Financial Services and continues to help people with tax preparation, life insurance and investment management. From an early age Brad felt the call to be a minister of the Gospel in word and deed no matter his occupation.
